GT LUXURY Car Rental PROTECTIONS POLICY:
PARTIAL COVERAGE - (CDW OR SLI):
BASIC COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER :
BASIC COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER is an optional insurance which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for damage or theft of the vehicle, its parts, and accessories with a deductible starting at $500.00- This can be purchased upon rental, starting at $12- per day depending on the vehicle type. The CDW can be split into two types: Basic Coverage (CDW), and Zero Deductible Collision Damage Waiveror (ZD CDW).
-The ZD CDW covers loss, theft, or damage to the rental vehicle, with no deductible. The ZD CDW starts at $17- per day depending on the vehicle type.
Is not required toget both the Basic CDW, and the ZD CDW. The ZD CDW is Basic CDW, plus an extra fee to remove deductible.
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (SLI):
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (SLI) is a basic liability insurance that covers Third-Party Damages up to USD 50,000- starting at $10- per day with a deductible starting at $500.00 depending on the vehicle type. You are responsible for a deductible if you are responsible for the accident. Or staring at $15- per day, with no Deductible dependable on the vehicle type.
FULL COVERAGE (WITH DEDUCTIBLE)
Includes CDW&SLI with a deductible starting at $500.00. The Full Coverage starts at $22 per day depending on vehicle type
FULL COVERAGE (ZERO DEDUCTIBLE)
To be fully covered, we recommend the ZD CDW, plus ZD Liability, starting at $32- per day depending on the vehicle type.
CDW Skin is NOT an all risk insurance. CDW Skin is non-refundable.
PLATINUM COVERAGE:
(ZDCDW + ZD Liability)
It covers 100% the rental car and damages to third parties in case of collision, damage, loss, or total theft. Want to have a peace of mind? We recommend the Full Coverage service. Which reduces the financial liability in case of accident, theft, and vandalism to zero. It includes The Zero Deductible Collision Coverage plus the Zero Deductible Liability Coverage starting at $40 per daydepending on the vehicle type. Includes lost key, damaged remote/key, flat tire, ripped tire, damage to rim will be covered
NO COVERAGE
If you choose to rely on your credit card for cover, we strongly recommend that you fully understand the terms and conditions of any cover provided by your credit card company before you decline any of our optional services. If insurance is declined, you will be responsible up to the full replacement value of the vehicle including any expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee, legal fees, and a reasonable charge for loss of use.
EXCLUSIONS:
Collision Damage Waiver only covers damages caused to the rented vehicle due to a collision with another vehicle. CDW does not cover damages caused by the vehicle by operating the vehicle in a negligent manner, for example driving while intoxicated.
- CDW does not cover damages caused to the vehicle while being used for the transportation of people or property for hire.
- CDW does not cover damages caused to the vehicle while operated by someone other than the renter and the additional driver.
- CDW does not cover damages to the vehicle caused by improper use hereof.
- CDW does not cover damages to the vehicle if stolen.
- CDW does not cover damages to the vehicle caused by violation of the provisions of this rental agreement.
- CDW does not cover lost key, damaged remote/key, flat tire, ripped tire, damage to rim
- CDW does not cover damages to the vehicle caused after the rental terminating date/time.
- CDW must be extended beyond the agreed terminating date. Failure to do so causes the customer to be fully liable for any, and all damages caused to the vehicle due to a collision.
- CDW does not cover if the vehicle collides with exp. a rock, wall, tree, dog or any other object or animal.
Vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire. Vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the vehicle. Vehicle shall not be used to push, propel, or tow another vehicle, trailer, or any other thing without the written permission of the Owner. Vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition. Vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose. Vehicle shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner. It not permitted for the customer to drive the motor vehicle to/or in the vicinity of the natural pool and/or surround terrains (4x4 included)
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
The Roadside Assistance covers assistance with tire repairs, refueling of vehicles on the road, loss or misplacing of keys and break downs. Spare parts, fuel and tires themselves are not included.
EXTRAS
- A $4 fee is applied for the additional driver, whose details are noted in the agreement. The additional driver must present a valid driver's license.
- Baby seats and child seats are available subject to a fee.
- Fuel must be returned at the level received or a $20 fuel service plus fuel cost will apply.

OTHER FEES
- Vehicle excessive cleaning: In case the car requires a special cleaning procedure (i.e. smell removal, animal pollution, spill of liquids etc.) after returning, a cleaning charge "up to $250" will apply.
- We are flexible and wecan adapt to your plans. You have the freedom to return the vehicle at any time to an authorized location, regardless of the rental agreement.
If anything occurs and you need to change your plans, let us know at least 2 hours in advance by e-mail (info@gtluxurycarrental.com), in person at any of our stations, or you can call us at (866) 692-2007 and our staff will amend your rental contract. - A refund will not be issued for returned early.
- If you return the vehicle to a location other than that agreed in the rental contract, the Return will incur a service fee of 25.00 USD if we have not been informed of the changes to the rental contract in advance.
PAY NOW TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your credit or debit card will be charged upon reservation confirmation. Method of prepayment toward your rental may not be changed after confirmation.
- The same credit or debit card used to complete an online prepaid reservation must be presented at the rental pick-up counter as a form of identification. At time of rental pick-up, the last name on all rental credentials (license and credit or debit card) must match the last name on the reservation. If the last names do not match, for security purposes the prepaid reservation will not be honored.
- Your quoted rental rate is based on the exact parameters (locations, dated, etc.) of your rental - changing your confirmed reservation parameters could result in a different rate.
- At the time of pick up, driver must present a valid driver's license and credit card (or debit card at participating locations) in the driver's name. All drivers must have a safe driving record.
- Please review the terms and conditions on our confirmation page regarding credit or debit card acceptance at the location.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you need to cancel 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will refund the full prepaid amount, less a $50.00 USD processing fee. If the prepay amount is less than $50.00 USD, the entire amount will be forfeited.
- If you do not cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time or if you fail to rent the car, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.
- If you return the vehicle before the original return date (early return), you will not be refunded any portion of the payment.
- Retain your reservation confirmation number as it is necessary for modification or cancellation refund requests.
- Underpayments will be handled at the counter at time of rental return. Unfortunately, we can't promise that your prepaid daily car rate will apply if you change car types, lengthen, or shorten your rental period or change your pickup location.
- Upon returning the vehicle, GT LUXURY Car Rental will process a release of the unused portion of the security deposit taken at the time of pickup subject to your bank's procedure. This hold may take up to 7 to 10 business day to your bank.
- If you fail to return the vehicle as agreed, GT LUXURY Car Rental will obtain additional authorizations from your account to cover the rental charges.
