The legal driving age is 18 years old; however, renters must be at least 22 years old to rent a vehicle. Drivers under the age of 22 must always be accompanied by someone over the age of 24 while operating the vehicle. Renters between 21 and 24 years old may rent Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full-Size vehicles, and Minivans for an additional surcharge of $25.00 per day. Please note that the underage surcharge may not be included in the total price displayed during the reservation process.
There is no minimum rental period. Our fixed daily rate is charged based on a 24-hour period
The cost of an additional driver is $4.00 per day. If the couple is married it's free.
When returning the vehicle, fuel must be returned at the same level you have received it or a Fuel Service Fee of $20 plus fuel cost will apply.
Yes! We do offer FREE pick up and drop off to the airport. Just make sure to inform that you need a ride, and we will schedule it for you.
We pick you up for FREE at your hotel or local address. We pick you up at the scheduled time and bring you back to the Main Office to process your check in. When returning the vehicle, we will drop you off for free at your hotel, villa, local address or even to the nearby beach.

Cancellations are accepted up to one calendar day before the date of booking. Cancellation of reservations more than 24 hours in advance before the pick-up time is free of charge. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours prior to pick up or if the reservation is not used, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Yes, you can! Cash and Debit Cards are accepted when renting an Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full-size, Premium car and SUVs only. The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of up to $300.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental.
Yes, you can! With the condition that you must buy Collision and Liabilities Insurance
We require a deposit even if you only want to rent a vehicle for a day or two, in case there is a damage to the car that's not covered by the insurance

In the event of an accident, your safety is our top priority. Please contact local emergency services immediately if medical assistance or police support is required. Once the proper authorities have been notified, contact our Roadside Assistance team, available 24 hours a day, to report the incident.
Our team will assist you with the next steps, including completing a damage report and arranging towing services if the vehicle is no longer drivable.
