The legal driving age on St. Maarten/ St. Martin is 18 years old, however,to rent a vehicle the renter must be over the age of 22. If younger than 22, the renter must be always accompanied by someone over the age of 24 while driving.Renters 21 through 24 years of age may rent Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full sized cars, and Mini Vans with an additional $25.00 per day surcharge. Underage surcharge will not appear in total pricing on the reservation.
There is no minimum rental period. Our fixed daily rate is charged based on a 24-hour period
The cost of an additional driver is $5.00 per day. If the couple is married it's free.
